The search and rescue team based at CFB Trenton, was called in to assist in a cave rescue in Marmora.
The incident happened on Sunday just before 5:30 p.m.
The 424 Squadron, assisted alongside the Marmora, Stirling-Rawdon and Peterborough fire departments. SAR Techs went into the caves and helped transport the male patient to Peterborough Hospital. His conditions remains unknown.
