A big new warehouse could soon be added next to Belleville’s industrial Park.
The City’s Planning Committee will be asked to approve a zoning application at its meeting on Monday for a parcel of land at Davy Road and Davy Court, just south of the 401 (near Wilson Distributors).
The application proposes a zoning amendment to rezone the subject land from Regional Commercial (C3) Zone to Service Industrial (IN2) Zone to facilitate the development of a 9,609.15 square metre warehouse.
If passed, the motion would go to council for final approval at the next regular meeting.
