Humane Society Hastings Prince Edward (HSHPE) is thrilled to announce that the 3rd Annual Rushnell Funeral Homes Charity Classic Golf Tournament, held at Trillium Wood Golf Club, raised an incredible $36,345 in support of animals in need across our community.
Hosted by Rushnell Funeral Homes, the tournament brought together community members, local businesses, sponsors, golfers, and volunteers for a memorable day of camaraderie and giving back. Proceeds from the event will directly support the medical and shelter needs of animals in HSHPE’s care, helping provide veterinary treatment, safe housing, nutritious food, and compassionate care for vulnerable animals awaiting their forever homes.
“The success of this tournament is a reflection of the incredible generosity and compassion that exists throughout our community,” said Ashley Rushnell. “We are proud to partner with Humane Society Hastings Prince Edward and support the important work they do every day.
