The Belleville Police Service has released its 2025 Annual Report, highlighting a year defined by a continued focus on community safety and strengthening the foundations needed to support a growing city.
In 2025, the Service completed a comprehensive strategic planning process, renewing its mission, vision, and values to better reflect the community we serve. This work reinforced consistent, high-quality service delivery and established a clear direction for the future.
Throughout the year, members continued to respond to increasing call volumes and more complex incidents with professionalism and compassion. The Service maintained a strong 24/7 operational presence, adapting to evolving demands while remaining firmly committed to public safety, crime prevention, and community well-being.
“This year was about reinforcing the basics while building a clear path forward,” said Chief Murray Rodd. “I am extremely proud of the way our members continue to show up every day to protect and serve this community with dedication and care.”
BPS officials thank the community for its continued trust and support and recognizes the dedication of its members who make this work possible. To read the full 2025 Annual Report, visit our website.
