A former Belleville firefighter has received his due laurels for his years of dedication.
Belleville Fire and Emergency Services posted on social media they had recently welcomed retired firefighter Norm Mitts back to receive his long service medals.
Mitts was presented with his 25, 30, and 35-year Provincial and Federal Long Service Medals, recognizing his many years of dedicated service and commitment.
BFES and its members thanked Mitts for his years of service to the fire department and congratulated him on an outstanding milestone.
