The local catholic school board has put a stamp on its spending plan for the upcoming school year.
The separate Board of Trustees approved the operating revenue budget, the operating expenditure budget, and the capital budget at the June Board meeting on Tuesday as follows;
- Operating Revenue Budget of $221,058,750
- Operating Expenditure Budget of $221,146,897
- Capital Budget of $38,301,533
“The approval of this budget reflects our continued commitment to supporting student achievement and well-being across our Catholic learning communities,” stated Brian Evoy, Chair of the Board of Trustees.
“We are grateful for the planning that has gone into this process and look forward to the 2026-2027 school year.”
The budget demonstrates the commitment of the Board of Trustees in meeting the needs of ALCDSB students within the confines of the provincial funding model.
The budget aligns with the Board’s Strategic Plan and the Ministry of Education’s focus on learning and well-being to support students for success now and in the future, and in supporting those programs that have the greatest impact in the classroom and on students.
