The Kingston Police are responding to two separate incidents involving a firearm on Tuesday.
The first incident occurred at Russell Street and Patrick Street while the second occurred on Palace Road near Park Street, both in the noon hour.
The incidents involve a black vehicle with four passengers. In both incidents, passengers seated in the rear of the vehicle were observed to be firing an airsoft rifle at pedestrians.
In both incidents, pedestrians were struck with projectiles shot from the gun. One reportedly had to be taken to hospital for medical treatment.
The Kingston Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a vehicle involved in these incidents.

In both incidents the suspect vehicle is described as a dark colored Ford F-150 with four occupants inside.

If you believe you see the suspect vehicle, do not approach and contact 9-1-1 immediately.

Police are asking residents to be aware of these incidents and report any suspicious behavior to police.
