Quinte West Council received its annual sunshine and remuneration lists at its regular meeting on Wednesday.

The public had the opportunity to see how much Mayor Jim Harrison and Council made last year in salaries and expenses for parking, meetings and service on city committees.

Mayor Harrison pulled in $85,000-plus in pay in 2025, with $5,600-plus of that coming from seminar and meeting fees.

11 people were also paid for their time on committees such as the police board, planning advisory and committee of adjustment.

Also, salaries in the public sector were disclosed, with former CAO David Clazie topping the list at $217,000 and current CAO Chris Angelo following behind at more than $215,000.

The full public sector list can be seen at this link.
