Several municipal public washrooms in PEC to close temporarily for renovations

The renovation of a number of public washrooms in Prince Edward County will result in them being closed temporarily for extended periods over the next few weeks.

The following municipal bathrooms will be temporarily closed for accessibility renovations during the stated times:

  • Wellington Baseball Park (170 Niles Street, Wellington)
    • Closed for season as of Tuesday, August 18.
  • Picton Skate Park (375 Picton Main Street)
    • Closed Wednesday, August 19 to Wednesday, September 2. The washrooms will reopen on Thursday, September 3.
    • The washrooms at Crystal Palace will be available during this time.
  • Bloomfield washrooms (289 Bloomfield Main Street)
    • Closed Monday, September 21 to Sunday, October 18. The washrooms will reopen on Monday, October 19.
    • Portable washrooms will be available.
  • Wellington Park (251 Wellington Main Street)
    • Closes Wednesday, October 21 for the rest of the year.
    • Portable washrooms will be available.
