A cleaner arrived at a short-term rental property in Belleville, to a surprise.
Belleville Police were called to the property on Moira Street East Sunday morning, after a cleaner found an unknown man inside the home.
Police add that the man told the cleaner that he had recently bought the property. Officers arrived and claimed that the man chose several different aliases and names. Belleville Police also spoke with the legitimate owner.
The Canada Border Services Agency helped identify the 30-year-old, who was charged with break and enter and obstructing an officer.
He was held in custody for a bail hearing on Monday.
