Overall building activity was fairly steady in Quinte West in June.
Figures released by the municipality on Monday show that there were 49 permits issued last month for work worth just over 8.7 million dollars.
The number of permits was down slightly from the same month last year, but the overall value of the construction and revenue generated by permits were both up slightly.
