Festive Christmas spirit will be in the warm June air at 89 South John Street on Saturday.
The Rushlow family will be having a yard sale from 10 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the site of the retired Rushlow Family Christmas Display.
There will be a variety of items including the Christmas blow up decorations, displays, ornaments and others.
The whole community is invited. Take advantage of the chance to decorate for the holidays at an affordable price.
Family patriarch Fred Rushlow stated it was disappointing for the family to end the display due to weather-related concerns and age.
Rushlow said he was proud to have helped many worthy local charities with donations at the display over the past nine holiday seasons.
They include the Belleville Professional Firefighters Association Toy Drive, Gleaners Food Bank, and the Alzheimer’s Society of Hastings-Prince Edward.
“We appreciate all the support from the community,” he stated.
“If wasn’t for the community and all the help from family and friends, it wouldn’t have happened, so a big shout out to everyone.”
