Two candidates each have filed for mayor in Belleville, Prince Edward County and Tweed, while incumbent Brighton mayor Brian Ostrander is vying to win his seat back and current councillor Zack Card is aiming for the mayor’s seat occupied by Jim Harrison in Quinte West.
