CAA Worst Roads Campaign returns for 23rd year

Quinte residents can join those from across Ontario for the annual vote of the biggest problem roads in the province.

CAA’s Worst Roads Campaign returns for a 23rd year, inviting Ontario drivers, cyclists, transit riders and pedestrians to nominate roads and streets in their communities that need improvement.

Nominating Ontario’s Worst Roads helps shine the spotlight on where more work is needed and the annual feedback helps CAA continue the dialogue with multiple levels of government to help pave the way for safer roads across Ontario.

County Road 49 in Prince Edward County has been a recent perennial presence on the list and placed 3rd in the 2025 ranking, recently receiving funding to help rehabilitate the oft-maligned stretch of roadway.

Nominations can be made at this link until April 17.
