Belleville invites residents to share input on Community Safety and Well-Being Plan

By Paul Martin Mar 3, 2026 | 11:27 AM

The City of Belleville is inviting residents to share their voice as part of the creation of the City’s Community Safety and Well-Being (CSWB) Plan. Community members are encouraged to complete a short online survey to help identify local priorities and shape future actions that support a safer, stronger and more connected Belleville.

The survey will be open from March 3 to 16, 2026, and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Feedback will help the City better understand day-to-day experiences, emerging challenges and long-term priorities across the community.

The Community Safety and Well-Being Plan focuses on proactive, collaborative approaches that address local needs and enhance quality of life. Resident input plays an important role in identifying gaps, strengthening partnerships and guiding initiatives that improve overall community well-being.

“Hearing directly from our community is crucial to shaping solutions that truly make a difference,” said Mayor Neil Ellis. “When you share your experiences and perspectives, you help us understand what matters most and where we should focus our efforts to build a safer, stronger Belleville.”

Residents can complete the survey online at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BellevilleCSWB
