PEC building stats jump in final month of 2025

Building activity in Prince Edward County took a jump in December to round out the year of 2025.

County building officials stated 33 permits were issued in the final month of last year at a construction value of $6.2 million.

That’s up from 28 permits issued at a cost of $2.3 million during the same timeframe in 2024.
