Belleville man charged after breaking conditions to not communicate with woman

Belleville Police arrested a man on Wednesday night after he reportedly broke conditions not to communicate with a city woman.

On January 21st at 8:11pm, Belleville Police received a report that a male attended a female’s residence while bound by conditions prohibiting him from communicating with her or attending her address.

A short time later, a 27-year-old Belleville man was located, arrested and charged with 2 counts of fail to comply with an Undertaking.

He was held for a bail hearing.

No name was released.
