Agenda now available for Nov 19 PEC Planning and Development Committee

The Planning and Development Committee in Prince Edward County will meet on Wednesday, Nov 19.

The meeting will begin at 6pm in Shire Hall (332 Picton Main St) with the live stream available on the municipality’s YouTube channel. Members of the public who wish to provide comments can do so by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca to register.

Statutory public meetings will be held for the following applications:

consent and rezoning at 704 County Rd 33 and surrounding farmland parcel (Ward 4 Ameliasburgh)

technical consent at 3271 County Rd 13 (Ward 9 South Marysburgh)

Draft plan of subdivision, draft plan of condominium, Official Plan amendment, and rezoning and consent at 3401 County Rd 13 (Ward 9 South Marysburgh)

The Planning and Development Committee will consider for decision the following applications:

consent and rezoning of 1779 Big South Island Rd (Ward 6 Sophiasburgh)

subdivision at County Rd 22 and Kingsley Rd (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
