Brown shutout puts Raiders over Thunder

By Hailey MacDonald Oct 11, 2025 | 12:57 AM

The Napanee Raiders had very few issues on Friday night in dispatching the Trent Hills Thunder 5-0.

Jacob Brown posted a 40-save shutout, Spencer Cranley had three points and Jackson Barnes notched a goal and a helper to improve Napanee to 6-2.

Christian Lambert made 30 saves to settle the Thunder down after Napanee went up 3-0 in the first.

The game had a chippy end with fighting majors, a charging major to Napanee and a couple of 10-minute unsportsmanlike misconducts.

The Raiders head out on the road to Frankford for another date with the Huskies at 7 p.m. Saturday.
