A man and a woman, both from Belleville, face drug possession charges after being found with crystal meth on Thursday morning.

Belleville Police stated patrol officers in the downtown area observed a male and a female consuming crystal meth from a glass pipe.

The glass pipe was seized still containing 0.3g of methamphetamine and two people were arrested.

31-year-old Hailey Lindsay and 35-year-old Josh Lemche both face possession of methamphetamine charges.

Lemche was handed an additional breach of probation charge.
