Belleville police charge five people in drug trafficking investigation

City police have charged five people from Belleville with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and methamphetamine.

Investigators with Project Renewal, with the assistance of the Belleville Police Emergency Response Team and K9 Unit, executed a search warrant at an address in the City on Monday.

Police say they seized 32 grams of cocaine, 262.3 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 34.7 grams of an unknown substance, $405 in Canadian currency, 298 .22 cal rounds, cells phones, scales and debt lists.

45-year-old Catherine Frizzone was charged with the following offences:

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine

Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000

Frizzone was held for a Bail Hearing on April 18, 2023.

28-year-old Jillian Fisher was charged with the following offences:

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine

Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000

Fisher was held for a Bail Hearing on April 18, 2023.

41-year-old Travis Todhunter was charged with the following offences:

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine

Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000

Fail to Comply with Probation Order

Todhunter was held for a Bail Hearing on the April 18, 2023.

61-year-old Brian Paterson was charged with the following offences:

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine

Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000

Paterson was released on an Undertaking with a court date of May 8, 2023.

39-year-old Sari Durette was charged with the following offences:

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine

Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000

Fail to comply with Release Order

Durette was released on an Undertaking with a court date of May 8, 2023.
