By Kay Joly Apr 14, 2023 | 4:59 PM

The search for a missing man in Trenton has ended tragically.

The OPP issued an alert through social media on Friday afternoon that the 70 year old male reported missing earlier this month from the Trenton area had been found deceased.

That search ended when the Quinte West Fire Department Marine Unit recovered his body on Friday morning just before noon.

The search for the man known as Brian began on April 4th after he was spotted near FreshCo at 30 Ontario Street in Trenton on Sunday, April 2nd.

No other details have been released.
