Male arrested and charged with Domestic Assault in Port Hope

A man was arrested following a domestic incident on Tuesday in Port Hope.

On the 13th of October 2026 officers with the Port Hope Police Service responded to a Domestic Disturbance.

Aas a result of the investigation- a 75-year-old male was arrested and charged for Domestic Assault.

The male was subsequently released on an undertaking.

No name was released.

The victim sustained minor injuries as a result of the incident.
