RCMP officials in British Columbia are seeking public assistance in locating a missing woman connected to the Quinte region.
Kayla Boisvert was reported missing on Tuesday, July 28 in Salmo, BC after having last been seen Monday around 2:15 a.m. at the Shambhala Music Festival.
Boisvert is described as 28-years-old, standing six feet tall, with black hair in long blonde braids and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a blue head scarf, an oversized graphic T-shirt and multicolored scarves.
An anonymous tip reported she may have been spotted somewhere in Washington state.
Boisvert is a member of Hastings-Quinte Paramedic Service and her Facebook page shows she was from Stirling but now lives in Trenton.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kayla Boisvert is urged to contact Salmo RCMP at 250-357-2212.
West Kootenay Police are also reportedly involved in the search.
