The Belleville Senators crease just got a little more crowded.
The Ottawa Senators announced they have signed goaltender Kevin Reidler to a two-year, entry-level contract set to start in the 2026-27 season.
Reidler will join the BSens on an amateur tryout agreement for the rest of this season.
The 6-6, 206-pound netminder posted an 11-7-0 record with a 3.31 goals-against average and a .901 save percentage with the NCAA’s Penn State Nittany Lions this season.
The Senators selected the 21-year-old from Gavle, Sweden, in the fifth round (151st overall) of the 2022 NHL draft.
The Sens kick off the last month of the AHL regular season in Rochester on Good Friday at 7:05 p.m.
