By Paul Martin Feb 8, 2026 | 7:00 AM

UPDATE: The local United Way hit a major milestone with its Day of Impact on Friday, clearing $50,000 in donations across the community.

A large chunk of that money came through $1,000 contributions to break well-known community members free from prison bars through the Booked and Bailed event.

Final fundraising totals are still to be announced.
