Belleville Police charged a Frankford man with impaired driving following a crash early Monday morning.
On February 23rd at 12:04am, Belleville Police responded to a report of a single vehicle collision in the city’s west end.
Upon arrival, officers observed a suspect vehicle in a ditch, as well as a male walking away from the vehicle.
As a result of investigation, James Patterson, 36–year–old Frankford man, was arrested and charged with Operation while impaired – alcohol and Operation while impaired –
blood alcohol concentration over 80mg.
He was released on an Undertaking with a scheduled court date in April.
