School buses have been pulled from local roadways as the Quinte Region gets hit with another heavy dose of winter weather on Wednesday.
Due to heavy snow expected during the afternoon travel period, all school bus and taxi transportation is cancelled in the Tri-Board Student Transportation Services service area.
Schools will remain open however any students driven to school by parents/guardians will need to be picked up at the end of the day.

STSCO has cancelled all school buses in Northumberland. Transportation is operating in Peterborough City and County and the Municipality of Clarington.
Mohawk Bus Lines have pulled all school buses off the road on Wednesday, as well.
