New way to get a blue box in Prince Edward County

The process of getting a new or replacement blue box in Prince Edward County has changed.

Residents should contact E360 Solutions at 1.866.358.3560 or email customerservice-eastont@e360s.ca to request a blue box.

E360 Solutions will deliver the blue box to your address and new residents are eligible for two blue boxes free of charge.

There is no charge to replace broken boxes.

New or replacement blue boxes will be 22L in size. Residential customers are encouraged to use this size instead of larger boxes on wheels.

In accordance with provincial legislation, the municipality no longer has responsibility for recycling collection. Recycling within the municipality is now managed and funded by Circular Materials Ontario (CMO) on behalf ot the producers. Collection services are provided by E360 Solutions.

Blue boxes are no longer available at Shire Hall or at municipal landfill/transfer sites.

Residents are reminded to place properly sorted blue boxes to the curb by 7am to ensure pickup. If your collection is missed on collection day, please call 1.866.358.3560.
