The City of Belleville is celebrating the retirements of three dedicated Transportation & Operations Services employees whose service and committment have made a lasting impact in the community.

Doris Venderwilp – 17 years of service as a Crossing Guard

Boyd McDonnell – 35 years as a Transit Foreperson Mechanic

Dave Robinson – 35 years of service as a Loader Operator

Together, Venderwilp, McDonnell, and Robinson represent an incredible 87 years of combined service. Their professionalism, reliability, and dedication have helped keep the roads safe, the children get to school safe, and the community moving every day.

The City of Belleville extends their sincere thanks for their years of service and wish each of them health, happiness, and enjoyment in their well-earned retirement.
