Smash Shack offers Veterans meal deal to benefit HPE Learning Foundation

By Hailey MacDonald Nov 11, 2025 | 11:33 AM

A local restaurant’s meal deal is benefiting both veterans and an educational entity that helps area students thrive.

Tuesday only, the Smash Shack Burger Company is offering a free Proud Canadian Combo to all retired veterans as a small token of gratitude for their incredible service and sacrifice.

All proceeds from the sale of this combo will be donated to The Hastings and Prince Edward Learning Foundation and its programs to help support local students in achieving their best.

This, Smash Shack officials say, helps pay tribute to our heroes, and give back to the next generation.

Smash Shack is located at 303 Maitland Drive.
