Remembrance Day service changes and ceremonies in Belleville

Please note the following changes to City services in Belleville for Remembrance Day:

City Hall – Closed Nov. 11.
Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre – Customer service desk closed and no recreation, pool or skating programs on Nov. 11. Regular ice all day and FDC Track open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Learn more at QSWC.ca.
Transit – Regular transit and mobility transit will run as usual on Nov. 11.
Leaf & Yard Waste Depot – Open Nov. 11.
Thurlow Landfill – Closed Nov. 11 (no changes to regular hours).
Hazardous and Electronic Waste Depot – Closed Nov. 11.
Glanmore National Historic Site – Closed Nov. 11.
Belleville Public Library – Open Nov. 11.
Community Archives – Closed Nov. 11.

There will be no changes to curbside garbage, green bin and bulky items collection.

Elmwood Cemetery will hold their annual Remembrance Day ceremony on Monday, Nov. 10 at 4 p.m. Belleville Veterans Council will hold their annual Remembrance Day ceremony beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11 at the Belleville Cenotaph (10 Cannifton Rd.).
