Federal offender arrested

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad would like to advise the public that a Federal Offender who went unlawfully at large on May 31, 2024 has been apprehended in Toronto, ON.

Nicholas SINGH was located and arrested by the Toronto Police Service.

Nicholas SINGH is serving a 5-year, 5 month, and 10 day sentence for:

  • Discharge restricted/prohibited firearm with intent.
  • Robbery – use restricted /prohibited firearm.
  • Possession of a weapon contrary to prohibition order.

The Provincial R.O.P.E. Squad would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this investigation.
