Agenda highlights include:
A staff report on the Five-Year Rural Road Improvement Plan Update. The report provides an updated overview of the plan’s goals and challenges as well as the progress made during the first three years. It also highlights key considerations for 2026. This report does not include the separate five-year asphalt reconstruction and resurfacing program.
A staff report of the Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation Governance Update. Following a recent governance review, PECAHC is seeking to consolidate governance documents and clarify its structure and mandate with the municipality by repealing Municipal By-Law 21-2023 and replacing it with a new by-law.
A staff report regarding the winter maintenance program for sidewalks. The report provides Council with a detailed overview of sidewalk plowing operations, including route mapping, service level descriptions, rationale for prioritization, and associated costs.
