Outbreak at HJ McFarland Memorial Home

H.J. McFarland Memorial Home is acting in response to a confirmed facility-wide respiratory outbreak.

Home staff have implemented mandatory masking for all staff and visitors until further notice.

Visitors are asked to check with a staff member upon visiting the home to determine what extra precautions they must take to help prevent the spread of the infections.

Everyone entering the home must wash their hands or use hand sanitizer.

Staff at H.J. McFarland Memorial Home are assessing and modifying activities to reduce the risk of transmitting infection amongst residents and staff.
