New doctor signed in Belleville

The City of Belleville is pleased to announce the signing of Dr. Toqa Elkashef to their Family Physician Recruitment Program.

Dr. Elkashef is currently completing her formal residency at Queen’s University. Following her residency, she’ll begin practicing medicine in Belleville in 2028.

Dr. Elkashef is bringing her skills, compassion, and dedication to the community.
