Few details are known about a reported vehicle versus pedestrian collision in Belleville Tuesday afternoon.

Initial reports say a vehicle struck a woman in the College Street East and Moira Street East area before 4 o’clock and traffic was slow-going in the area for a while.

Injuries are not known at this time, but reports indicate the pedestrian was conscious and taken to hospital by paramedics.

More details are expected Wednesday.
