A contractor for the County of Prince Edward is repairing sidewalks at several locations across the municipality beginning on Monday, Oct 27. These replacements are small sections (typically 1-5 sidewalk panels) to address localized deteriorations.
Replacement of sidewalk panels will take place at various locations in Wellington, Picton, Bloomfield, Milford, and Consecon.
Work will take place between 7am and 7pm with an expected completion date of Thursday, Oct 30.
Sidewalks may be blocked for short periods of time during the work. The public is advised to approach the site with caution or avoid the work area.
Equipment may limit visibility in the area and noise levels will be elevated for the duration of the repair.
