Children’s Safety Village Presents: Kids Got Talent Season 6 – November 9th at The Empire Theatre

By Hailey MacDonald Oct 24, 2025 | 8:00 AM

The Children’s Safety Village of Belleville is proud to announce the return of its signature annual fundraiser, Kids Got Talent – Season 6, happening Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at The Empire Theatre.

This inspiring community event showcases some of the region’s most talented youth — featuring singers, dancers, musicians, and performers of all kinds. The Top 20 acts include more than 50 young performers between the ages of 4 and 17, each bringing their creativity, courage, and passion to the stage.

Adding to the excitement, this year’s show will feature special guest Scott Jackson — Canadian Beatboxing Champion and one of the country’s most renowned vocal artists. With over a thousand school performances, appearances on Canada’s Got Talent and NBA halftime shows, and tours in 18 countries, Jackson brings a high-energy, one-of-a-kind performance you won’t want to miss.

The show not only highlights incredible local talent, but also supports the vital mission of the Children’s Safety Village of Belleville — to provide free, hands-on safety education to children and families throughout Hastings and Prince Edward Counties.

Singer/songwriter & KGT Contestant Coach Jeanette Arsenault shares:

“I’m beyond thrilled that This Is My Canada / Mon cher Canada will be the Grand Finale for Kids Got Talent 2025! Imagine hearing all the contestants, a children’s choir, and last year’s Grand Champion raising their voices together on the Empire Theatre stage. All those proud Canadians shining like stars… lifting the song right through the rafters!”

Rachelle Baldock, Executive Director of the Children’s Safety Village, adds:

“Kids Got Talent is truly one of the highlights of our year. It brings together youth, families, and community partners in such a powerful way. Every ticket sold directly supports our mission to keep children safe — whether that’s through fire safety, street safety, internet safety, or our growing programs for inclusion and accessibility. Watching our community rally around young talent and the cause of safety is an incredible reminder of how strong Belleville’s heart really is.”

Tickets are on sale now through the Empire Theatre box office or online at www.theempiretheatre.com.

Come join us for an unforgettable afternoon of local talent, community pride, and celebration — all in support of keeping our children safe.
