Cheering for Children partnership connects goals with dreams

The Children’s Foundation is partnering with the Belleville Senators for a goal-scoring partnership that turns every shot into an opportunity for local kids to thrive.

Through the Cheering for Children initiative, local businesses pledge to donate to The Children’s Foundation for every goal scored by the B-Sens during regular season play.

TCF has received outstanding initial support from Peter Smith GM Chev Cadillac, which has pledged $20,000 to the cause.

Ingrid Moore, Executive Director of The Children’s Foundation, stated this initiative means more than points on the board.

“It means that children and youth in our community will have access to social and physical opportunities, enriching experiences, and vital resources to explore, learn, play, and thrive,” stated Moore.

“Together with the Senators and our local business partners, we’re helping every child reach their potential — one goal at a time.”

“The Belleville Senators are proud to once again partner with The Children’s Foundation on this fun and meaningful campaign,” said John Mathers, Vice President of Business Operations for the Belleville Senators.

“Our players are motivated to make a difference both on and off the ice — and knowing that every goal helps local children adds even more excitement to every game.”
