The Children’s Safety Village of Belleville, in partnership with Lisa Lapierre, Strategic Regional Outreach Coordinator for the Ministry of Transportation, is hosting a free Car Seat Safety Workshop for new parents and caregivers next month.

The event will be held Wednesday, November 5, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Children’s Safety Village on 129 South John Street, Belleville.

This one-hour session will provide hands-on guidance and expert tips on proper car seat installation, child passenger safety, and best practices to help keep children safe while travelling.

Rachelle Baldock, Executive Director of the Children’s Safety Village, stated the organization is proud to work with the MTO on this important initiative.

“Car seat safety is something every parent cares deeply about, and this workshop is an opportunity to build confidence and ensure every child is protected on the road,” Baldock stated.

Participation is free, but registration is limited. To reserve your spot, please email director@csvbelleville.com
