Traffic & pedestrian disruptions on Elizabeth St (Picton) Sep 15

By Hailey MacDonald Sep 12, 2025 | 7:16 PM

McCumber Painting will be working on the building exterior of 173 Picton Main St starting on Monday, Sep 15.

Work will take place over the next several weeks between the hours of 7am and 7pm.

Traffic and pedestrian disruptions are expected on Elizabeth St during this time.

Three parking spaces around the building will be unavailable to the public during work hours as they will be occupied with moving trucks and contractor vehicles.

Traffic control will be present. Motorists and pedestrians are asked to avoid the construction area and travel alternate routes, if possible.

Heavy equipment may limit visibility in the area and noise levels will be elevated for the duration of the work.
