Quinte West OPP charge man in connection with two separate incidents

Quinte West OPP have arrested and charged a Trenton man in connection with two separate incidents this month.

On Thursday, September 11, 2025, at approximately 5:15 p.m., Quinte West OPP responded to a report of threats at a residence in Trenton.

Kevin SCURRY, age 32, from Trenton was charged with the following offences:

Uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm – three counts
Causing a disturbance
Fail to comply with probation order

The accused was released from custody following a bail hearing.

On Saturday, September 13, 2025, the accused was arrested and charged with the following offences:

Fail to comply with probation order – two counts
Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court

The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario court of Justice in Belleville on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
