The Planning and Development Committee will meet on Wednesday, Sep 17.
The meeting will begin at 6pm at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main St) with the live stream available on the municipality’s YouTube channel. Members of the public who wish to provide comments can do so by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca to register.
A statutory public meeting will be held for the following applications:
A draft plan of subdivision and zoning by-law amendment at 1092 Huyck’s Point Rd (Ward 7 Hillier).
A consent and rezoning application at 1004 Burr Rd (Ward 7 Hillier).
A zoning by-law amendment at 1927 County Rd 10 (Ward 5 Athol).
The Planning and Development Committee will also consider decision for the following applications:
A consent and rezoning application at 511 County Rd 8 (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell).
A consent and rezoning application at 129 Cressy Lakeside Rd (Ward 8 North Marysburgh).
An Official Plan amendment, consent, and rezoning application at 13 South Big Island Rd (Ward 6 Sophiasburgh).
A plan of subdivision at County Rd 22 and Kingsley Rd (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell).
Please note: the presentation and report regarding the review of hydrogeological requirements for rural severances has been moved to the September 25 Committee of the Whole. An earlier advertisement indicated this item would be considered at the September 17 Planning and Development Committee meeting. Other applications advertised to appear on the September 17 Planning and Development Committee meeting agenda will proceed as scheduled.
