After more than 25 years working in education and the health field, Diane Taylor has opened Quinte West Health Strategies with a heartfelt mission: to guide and empower individuals to discover a pain-free path to optimal health.

Having moved to Quinte West eight years ago, Diane shares, “I’ve seen first-hand how the right support can change lives. At QW Health Strategies, we believe in ‘no pain/all gain’ and helping people feel, move and live better at any age.”

Quinte West Health Strategies offers a range of state-of-the-art technologies and therapies designed to support healing, resilience, and overall well-being.

Services include Tomatis Listening Therapy (supporting conditions such as autism, PTSD, and stress-related challenges), Feldenkrais Movement Education (improving body and brain flexibility, coordination, and pain relief), and Advanced PEMF Therapy (supporting immune optimization, wound healing, and cell health).

Each service is delivered with care and expertise to ensure clients receive the best possible outcomes for their unique health goals.

Located at 204 Murray Street in Trenton, Quinte West Health Strategies offers services Monday to Saturday by appointment only, with in-home therapy options available. Diane provides services in both English and French, making care accessible to a wide range of community members. To learn more or to book an appointment, call 613-880-8522, email qwhealthstrategies@gmail.com, or visit www.qwhealthstrategies.ca.
