A crash slowed down traffic during the heart of the afternoon drive between Madoc and Tweed Friday afternoon.
A two-vehicle crash was reported on Highway 7 in that area (closer to Madoc) around 4:30 pm.
There were no major injuries.
Traffic was getting through the scene very slowly as they were alternating between sides.
They expected to have the vehicies removed and the scene cleared by 6 pm
