Court Martial to be held Monday at CFB Trenton for Corporal James Michalopoulos

A Canadian Armed Forces standing court martial will be held on Monday for Corporal J.C. Michalopoulos at CFB Trenton.

It is set to begin at 9:30 am on the base.

Corporal Michalopoulos faces one charge of fraud, and one charge of willfully making a false statement arising out of incidents that allegedly occurred between May 2021 and May 2024, at or near Trenton, Ontario and Bagotville, Québec.

Military Judge Colonel Nancy Isenor will preside over this standing court martial.
