By Hailey MacDonald Sep 29, 2025 | 10:21 AM

AHL hockey is almost upon us again.

The Belleville Senators kicked off their 9th campaign in the Friendly City with the release of their 27-player training camp roster on Monday.

On-ice practices begin at 10:30 a.m. on Monday at CAA Arena.

The first media availability with the players and Senators staff will take place following Wednesday’s practice sessions.

Following a week’s worth of practices and scrimmages, the Sens will welcome fans to CAA Arena for preseason games against Laval on Friday and Toronto on Sunday.

The Marlies and Rocket will face off on Saturday.

Tickets for all three preseason games are just $12, with $5 from each ticket being donated in support of the Belleville General Hospital Foundation.

The 2025-26 Belleville Senators training camp roster features two former first-round draft picks and six (6) players who were Ottawa selections in NHL drafts. Eight players were signed as free agents, and four (4) players were obtained in trades. Nine (9) players are also in camp on invites.

11 players appeared in at least one game for Belleville last season, while six (6) others dressed in at least one American Hockey League game with a different club.

More players may be added to the training camp roster as final roster decisions are made by the NHL club in Ottawa.
