RONA+ supporting Habitat for Humanity PEH in Home Sweet Home campaign

By Hailey MacDonald Aug 28, 2025 | 9:08 AM

Customers visiting Belleville’s RONA+ store will have the opportunity to support a well-known organization specializing in affordable home ownership starting on Monday.

The RONA Foundation, which oversees the philanthropic activities of RONA Inc. announced the launch of the Home Sweet Home campaign’s third edition, which kicks off September 1 and runs until October 12.

During that time period, the RONA network will mobilize to collect donations in support of nearly 150 local non-profit organizations that provide help to victims of domestic violence, low-income families, and people with disabilities or mental health issues.

Customers in Belleville can make donations at the RONA plus at 219 Millennium Parkway to Habitat for Humanity Prince Edward-Hastings as part of the campaign.

The campaign will run in all RONA+ and RONA corporate stores, as well as some distribution centres and several stores in RONA’s network of affiliated dealers.

RONA Foundation officials say they hope to raise $500,000 during this campaign.

Habitat for Humanity PEH will be one of three organizations in the designated ‘Kingston Area’ supported.

More details, including a spot to donate online, is on RONA’s website.
