By Hailey MacDonald Aug 25, 2025 | 12:07 PM

Kingston Police has recovered a stolen vehicle and laid arrests against two people.

The vehicle was reported missing on Sunday and was seen very early Monday morning around 2:15 a.m. travelling westbound on Bath Road.

A member of the Kingston Police Patrol Division reportedly arrested and held four occupants of the vehicle.

A 41-year-old driver of the vehicle from Kingston was charged with possession of property obtained by crime exceeding $5000 and will have a future court date.

It was also determined that one of the passengers located inside the vehicle was bound by a release order which included an overnight curfew condition.

The 38-year-old Kingston resident was arrested and charged with failing to comply with a release order and breach of probation.

They were transported to Kingston Police headquarters and held for a bail hearing.

The remaining two occupants were released unconditionally.
